A Gnome's Hohm

There once was a gnome from Gunkledeegrome
he moved into a hollow and called it his Hohm.

He installed a small door, he added a floor,
He carved out a gem drop and opened a store.

He wrote up a note "I have a good life,
the only thing missing is a sweet little wife!"
Then he published it in the Gnomes Daily Strife.

Nervously pacing he impatiently awaited her,
A knock on his door came several days later.
Peeking through the curtains he quickly did rate her.

A Ten....

If a ten was a rock and a one was a gem.
The gleam in his eye told us that's how he liked them!

He happily greeted her like a gnome greets a gnome,
He hugged her and squeezed her and yelled "Welcome Hohm!

In six weeks short time
six children became the best part of this rhyme,

Susan and Sarah and Billy Joe Lou
Betty and Bethany and James Tyler Blue.

Together they filled it with friendship and laughter,
happily they lived forever and after!

Jupiter, a Dragon from the far reaches of Chlorax; and Noel, their accountant, who was unintentionally included when he decided to intervene with their rally for equal rights for the lost and mystified by informing them of their misunderstanding. "It's Mythified" he corrected them.

Chelas will be painting faces, and arms, and hands, and feet, heehee on November 26th from 11AM to 1PM at Stoudtburg Village right beside Santa! So stop by and say hello if you're out and about. 1.Print out Pinkle following the instructions at the top of the blog.
2. Color Pinkle any color that you wish. Your box of crayons is the limit!
3. Cut out Pinkle and her accessories with a pair of scissors.
4. Glue Pinkle and her stand to a thin piece of cardboard. (She works better with a little support)
5. Dress her up to your hearts content!

Mythical does not always mean mystical. Poor unfortunate Henrietta had a terrible habit of twisting her neck into a knot and even though she was a dragon, she was not magical. Meaning... just like the knot in your shoelace that knot was there to stay.
